HOLIDAY INN NOTTINGHAM BY IHG, Nottingham – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had super comfortable beds, but there was a noise issue that kept me up at night. The staff, however, were accommodating and moved me to a quieter room promptly.

I found this hotel to have a convenient location, near shops, and accessible to town. The staff were smartly turned out, attentive, and helpful. The dining was pleasing but somewhat limited in options. However, the rooms were placed near noisy areas and lacked proper temperature control, although they offered great amenities like a coffee machine and personal safe.

Upon arrival, the hotel smelled fresh and clean, although there were some dusty areas near the tea making facilities and stains on the bed sheets. The room size was generous, making our family of four feel comfortable, and the abundance of mirrors was helpful for getting ready with my sister. The service was exceptional from start to finish, providing me with an immaculate double bedded room and a peaceful night's sleep. The buffet-style breakfast was a great start to my days there, leaving me eager to return on my next Nottingham visit. The location offered a range of amenities, although getting into the city center required a taxi. The dining experience was satisfactory with a good selection but slightly canteen-like atmosphere. The hotel's facilities were sufficient for my needs.
