the staff was very helpful i requested a specific room location and they followed through perfectly i always received warm greetings when i passed by the desk the breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh options available. i asked for a tray to take food to my wife and it arrived quickly with a sweet note.

breakfast was great it had many options to suit different tastes and dietary needs i had smoked salmon with boiled eggs one morning and the portion was generous everything seemed fresh and well prepared.

The staff was cute and efficient. Breakfast offered many choices and everything tasted delicious. The room was clean. I especially liked the fluffy towels.
I experienced a SLIGHT delay during check-in due to a system update.

i stayed one night. the room was clean and fresh. the mattress provided the most comfortable sleep i ever had. i liked blackout curtains. lots of plugs around the room offered much convenience.
i encountered loud noise emanating from the bar until 2 am. my room's proximity to the bar was not ideal. it disrupted my sleep. it would have been preferable to have a room farther from the bar.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
limited menuawkward experience
I booked an evening meal, assuming it would be a pleasant experience. Instead, the menu was limited. The staff repeatedly asked me to sign for the meal as if I hadn't paid, discussing it in front of other guests. On the third evening, my meal never arrived, despite other tables being served first. I ended up going to McDonald's. Guess I learned my lesson about 'going all in'.
